From May 13, 2026 - May 26th, 2026 the Scottish Cultural Outreach Foundation promoted a free classroom download about how Scottish immigrants played a role in the Revolutionary War, connecting Scottish heritage to the upcoming 250th anniversary theme. This campaign was designed to introduce educators to our free teaching resources and invite them into our broader educational program, Scotland in the Class, which provides standards-aligned Scottish cultural lesson materials for teachers and students.
